Ingredients:

* 0,5 kg mąki
* 20 dkg margaryny
* 10 dkg cukru
* pół łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
* 3 łyżki śmietany
* pół łyżeczki octu
* cukier waniliowy

Krem:
* 1 opakowanie budyniu waniliowego
* 0,5 litra mleka
* 3 łyżki kakao
* 3 łyżki margaryny
* dowolny aromat
* 3 łyzki mąki ziemniaczanej

Prepare instructions:

Ze wszystkich składników zagniść krucheciasto i wstaić do lodówki na 20 minut. Podzielić ciasto na trzy części( przed dzieleniem zabrać trochę ciasta na kruszonkę) i w malej tortownicy wysmarowanej tłusczem i wysypanej bułką tartą upiec trzy krążki. Ostudzić. Uotować budyń, dodajc kakao, lub ugotować mleko z kakao, dodać cukru do smaku, na końcu wlać makę ziemniaczaną rozmieszaną z zimnym mlekiem. Zagotować, odstawić z ognia. Studzić, mieszając. Kiedy masa będzie chłodna - rozetrzeć w makutrze margarynę na krem i dodawać stopniowo budyń. Stale ucierać. Dodać do smaku trochę aromatu. Krążki ciasta przekładać masą - jak torcik, posmarować również na wierzchu i po bokach. Ubrać pokruszonym ciastem.

A skąd się bierze to pokruszone ciasto, skoro trzy krążki zostały posmarowane kremem???

sorry, zapomniałam dodac żepo wyjęciu ciasta z lodówki należy wziąźć trochę na kruszonkę a potem dzielić;-)
