Makaron z czosnkiem lub z tuńczykiem

Ingredients:

1. paczka makaronu - spaghetti, rurki, co kto woli

2. 3 ząbki czosnku / puszka tuńczyka w oleju

3. 3, 4 łyżki oliwy z oliwek

4. tarty ser, najlepiej parmezan

5. sól i pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

1. Wersja z czosnkiem:

Gotujemy makaron, najlepiej do stanu al dente. Po ugotowaniu odstawiamy na bok na cedzaku żeby dobrze obciekł i odparował. Na oliwie (o ile to możliwe na prawdziwej oliwie, nie na oleju) szklimy czosnek uważając, aby się nie przypalił.

Wsypujemy odcedzony makaron do garnka, zalewamy oliwą z czosnkiem, doprawiamy solą i pieprzem - i dusimy razem kilka minut pod przykryciem mieszając od czasu do czasu. Całość podajemy posypaną startym serem.

2. Wersja z tuńczykiem:

Makaron gotujemy i odcedzamy jak wyżej. Czosnek, jeżeli lubimy, również możemy przygotować jak w przepisie wyżej. W między czasie otwieramy tuńczyka ;). Zawartość puszki mieszamy z makaronem (ewentualnie dodając zeszklony czosnek). Kilka minut całość razem dusimy. Sól, pieprz. Na talerzu posypujemy serem.

Czas przygotowania - maks. 15 minut.

Pomimo prostoty obie potrawy są przepyszne :)

wersji z czosnkiem na jadłam.. ale koleżanka wyprobowała i się zachwycała :)

Pablo_30, ogromnie Cie przepraszam, ale makaron ugotowany al dente, po kilku minutach "duszenia" przestaje byc al dente, wiec chyba trzeba skrocic czas gotowania, albo zgodzic sie na tzw polska wersje packi makaronowej.

bardzo dobry przepis, zrobiłam z tuńczykiem dodając czosnku. super szybkie danie
