Ingredients:

800 g piersi kurczaka;

1 jajko;

3/4 szklanki tartej bułki;

zioła prowansalskie,garść posiekanej natki ;

1/2 szklanki starego parmezanu;

oliwa, sól, pieprz;

10 dag masła;

2 roztarte ząbki czosnku;

1 łyżka soku z cytryny.

Prepare instructions:

Mięso kurczaka kroimy na kawałki. Panierujemy je najpierw w jajku, potem w tartej bułce przyprawionej ziołami prowansalskimi, a na koniec w parmezanie ze szczyptą pieprzu. Smażymy porcjami w dość dużej ilości oliwy, wyjmujemy i osączamy z tłuszczu. Zabezpieczamy przed wystygnięciem. Na patelni topimy masło, wkładamy czosnek, podgrzewamy, aż się zeszkli. Wkładamy podsmażone kawałki kurczaka, skrapiamy je sokiem z cytryny, oprószamy solą i pieprzem. Krótko podgrzewamy, mieszając

(kurczak powinien nabrać smaku czosnkowego masła). Posypujemy natką.
Możemy podawać z makaronem, ryżem lub ziemniakami puree.

Koniecznie parmezan? A próbowałaś może z bardziej popularnym serem?

Niekoniecznie musi być parmezan, z innymi też jest dobre :)

Bardzo smaczny taki kurczak. Trochę choćby zwykły koltlet ale z maślano czosnkowym posmakiem, do tego mega soczysty Przepis zostawiam w ulubionych i polecam!
