Ingredients:

400g mąki pszennej (2 i 1/3 szkl.)

100g mąki ziemniaczanej (1/2 szkl.)

1/2 opakowania proszku do pieczenia 30g

cukier wanilinowy lub olejek zapachowy

250g masła lub margaryny

250g cukru (1szkl)

4 jajka

100ml mleka ( 10 łyżek mleka)

sól szczypta

2-3 łyżeczki kakao

cukier puder do posypania

Prepare instructions:

Miękkie masło utrzeć na puszystą masę .Podczas ucierania dodawać cukier .łyżkę cukru waniliowego i jajka .Wymieszać mąkę pszenną z mąką ziemniaczaną , solą i proszkiem do pieczenia , dodać do masy ,wlać mleko i wszystko razem wymieszać mikserem . Do 1/3 masy dodać kakao i dokładnie wymieszać . Ciasto nakładać do posmarowanej tłuszczem i posypanej mąką formy na przemian raz jasne raz ciemne .Delikatnie zamieszać w kilku miejscach widelcem . Piec w temp.180 stopni przez 50-60 minut .Wystudzone ciasto posypać pudrem . Polecam babka pyszna zrobiłam ją z przepisu z proszku do pieczenia ,a zamiast cukru waniliowego dałam olejek migdałowy .Moja blaszka ma wymiary 300x180x65 ale można piec w blaszce do babek .

Całe opakowanie proszku ile ważyło?bo są duże i małe proszki???
