żołądki drobiowe po myśliwsku

Ingredients:

ŻOŁĄDKI DROBIOWE, PIECZARKI, CEBULA, BOCZEK WĘDZONY, OGÓRKI KONSERWOWE LUB KISZONE, KONCENTRAT POMIDOROWY, SMALEC, MĄKA, VEGETA ,KOSTKA ROSOŁOWA ,PIEPRZ MIELONY,PAPRYKA MIELONA, MAGGI, ZIELE ANG, MAJERANEK ,LIŚCIE LAUROWE

Prepare instructions:

Żołądki drobiowe przebrać, oczyścić , dokładnie umyć, pokroić w cząstki a następnie zalać wodą i zagotować. Po pierwszym zagotowaniu żołądki odcedzić i ponownie gotować w małej ilości wody z dodatkiem kostki rosołowej i vegety. Pokrojoną drobno cebulę oraz boczek chwilę podsmażyć. ( można dodać smalec jeśli boczek jest zbyt chudy)a następnie dodać oczyszczone i pokrojone pieczarki ,pokrojone w paski ogórki i koncentrat pomidorowy. Pod koniec duszenia dodać miękkie żołądki wraz z wywarem, wszystkie przyprawy i jeszcze chwilę pogotować. Zagęszczamy mąką rozmieszaną z wodą.

hmmmm ciekawe , napewno skorzystam z przepisu bo co jakiś♣ czas mój mąż mnie dręczy o przygotowanie żoładków a ja nie lubie bo przy smazeniu strzela i wogóle a to wyglada bardzo interesujące

Zrobiłam żołądki z małą zmianą i muszę powiedzieć że bardzo nam smakowało. Zamiast koncentratu dałam puszkę pomidorów. Przepis wchodzi do mojego "kajetu" na stałe. Pozdrawiam
