Zielona fasolka szparagowa

Ingredients:

* 0,5 kg zielonej fasolki szparagowej -świeżej lub mrożonej
* 1 cebula czerwona
* 1 ząbek czosnku
* łyżka oliwy z oliwek
* łyżeczka octu balsamicznego
* sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Jeżeli fasolka jest świeża, to oczyścić i pokroić na 3 cm kawałki. Ja najczęściej uzywam mrożonej.
Fasolkę ugotować na parze.
Cebulę drobno pokroić, włożyc do salaterki.
Czosnek ugnieść z solą.
Gorącą fasolkę, przesypać do salaterki, w której jest cebula -wymieszać.
Po chwili dołożyć czosnek, olej i ocet . Doprawić solą i pieprzem.

Podawać do mięs. Ja z racji diety, zajadam jako przekąskę.
W ten sam sposób można przyrzadzić brokuły, zarowno mrożone

jak i świeże.

Rzeczywiście pyszne i przy tym mało kaloryczne. Próbowałam wczoraj jako dodatek do obiadu i każemu lubiącemu fasolkę zdecydowanie polecam! Zamiast octu którego akurat nie miałam, dałam łyżkę sosu sojowego i trochę soku z cytryny.
