Ingredients:

Ser składniki: 1-1,2kg zmielonego sera
                     6-8 jajek
                     1szkl cukru
                     budyń śmietankowy
                     2 łyżki kaszy manny
                     1-2 łyżki masła lub margaryny
                     olejek cytrynowy
                     bakalie
                     troszkę koniaku lub innego alkoholu( ser jest pulchniejszy)
                     1 łyżeczkę proszku do pieczenia

Ciasto składniki: 4-5 jajek
                         10dag cukru
                         10dag mąki
                         1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
                         2 łyżki kakao

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto przygotować jak biszkopt, upiec ( ok 10-15 min). Upieczone pokroić wzdłuż na 6 części. Co drugi pasek wyjąć i na to miejsce wyłożyć ser i na przemian wyjęte ciasto na ser. Piec 40 min do zarumienienia sera.

Przygotowanie sera:

Żółtka utrzeć z cukrem , dodawać zmielony ser, resztę składników ,a na koncu piane z białek i delikatnie wymieszać.

Na wierzchu ciasto można po upieczeniu polac polewą czekoladową lub zrobić piankę z białek ( jeśli np. wam zostaną z piczenia innego ciasta

) , wylac na ciasto i jeszcze pic chwilke do zarumienienia białek. Potem jak ostygnie zrobi sie na piance śliczna rosa

Zdjęcie wcale nie zachęca do zrobienia tego ciacha,postaraj się umieścić bardziej cekawą fotkę.

Niestety nie mam lepszego sprzętu robienia zdjęć, z aparatu wychodzą tylko taki:(((. Ale ciasto jest naprawdę smaczne!
