Chcialabym zrobic te mase, ale niestety w Neapolu, gdzie mieszkam, nie ma grysiku, wiec jej nazwa jest raczej nietrafiona. Moze zastapic grysik cous-cousem?

A moze uzyjesz semoliny, jest ona roznej "grubosci", to wybierz wielkosc przypominajaca grysik lub kasze manne /ale chyba semolina, grysik, kasza manna - to prawie jedno i to samo/. Zycze powodzenia, ale moze lepiej poczekajmy na wyjasnienie  autorki.Pozdrawiam!

niestety ja nie wymyslilam tej nazwy, a nigdy nie robilam z ta kasza kus-kus i chyba by nie bylo za dobre ale mozna poprobowac. mnie  ta kasza wydaje za gruba i pamietam ze dawalo sie ja do salatek. a z semoliną nie eksperymentowalam w kuchni nigdy. wiec niestety nic wam nie poradze, przykro mi. pozdr.
