Przepis niezły. Ja produkuję Sało wg receptury zbliżonej do włoskiego Lardo. Z grubej słoniny iberyjskiej (od 5 do 9 cm). Słonina ze świnek tej rasy jest bardzo aromatyczna, bo te czarne wieprze żywią się zdrowo na pastwiskach - żołędziami i trawą. Żadnej paszy i "dodatków" na szybki tucz. Sało robi dla mnie firma w Hiszpanii, a moja w Polsce Sało konfekcjonuje. Do sklepów trafia plasterkowane i pakowane próżniowo po 100 gram - w dwóch smakach: marynowane z przyprawami i wędzone.
