A ja z kolei szpinak przed gotowaniem pokroję dość grubo a później wżucam do rondla z margaryną lub masłem i dodaję czosnek przeciśnięty przez praskę ( a jak mam zielony czosnek to wolę zielony wkroić ma leprzy aromat) jak szpinak już jest prawie gotowy wbijam jajka, doprawiam solą, pieprzem i magą. Tak samo przygotowuję lebiodę (tak, tak taką zwykłą polną lebiodę uważaną za chwast a ja ją zrywam jak jest młoda robię jak wyżej i jest pyszna !!!!!

Też bardzo lubię ten deser, latem robię z owocami a i też czasem dodaję trochę kwasku cytrynowego. Ma lekko kwaskowy smak i można więcej zjeść :))
